The term “blue mind” describes the mildly meditative state we fall into when near, in, on or under water. It’s the antidote to what we refer to as “red mind,” which is the anxious, over-connected and over-stimulated state that defines the new normal of modern life. Research has proven that spending time near the water is essential to achieving an elevated and sustained happiness.

Research has shown that being near, in, on or under water can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body, including lowering stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being and happiness,...

Liquid Therapy is a lifestyle clothing brand inspired by the natural healing powers of water. Liquid Therapy was started as the name of Josh's boat years ago. Fast forward it has become a family brand with his wife Cara and three boys. It's a reminder to take a break from the chaos and center our souls. We love being around the water and can usually be found surfing, boogie boarding, paddleboarding, fishing on the boat, searching for shells and sharks teeth or swimming. We believe in the therapeutic powers a water lifestyle brings.
